"In November of 2024 we bought a 20 plus year old house in the heart of Richmond that needed a whole house remodel...meaning new floors, knocking out walls, redoing the kitchen, etc. By way of background, my wife and I are not rookies when it comes to projects like this, we have done many whole house remodels, gutting houses down to the studs in some cases as well as buying land and building from scratch.
